Popular blogger and lover of all things delicious, Vanessa ‘The Hungry Chook’ Miles is devoted to authentic, seasonal and wholesome cooking techniques. She brings her skills and passion for regional cooking styles to this special Rome class, where Alice and Vanessa bring together all the must have ingredients for a South East Asian feast. The class will cover essential techniques and show you how to select the correct seasonal ingredients. On the menu is a Vietnamese salmon salad and Thai chicken larb, which we will sit down to enjoy together with a glass of wine.
