Making fresh bread is one of the unadulterated joys of the kitchen.  Learn how to make bread at home, using simple methodology and the essentials to dough, levitation and baking that Carla has accumulated over years of professional and home baking. Lesson will include focaccia with semola rimacinata, pizelle napoletane and pane casareccio.  Workshop and lunch including lots of good things from Carla’s garden.
