Fresh pasta workshop with Carla Tomasi, Saturday 26 November


Saturday 26 November  from 10.00 am

Daytime lesson with lunch.  Carla teaches the essentials to pasta dough and flour varieties, which will then be turned into ravioli di zucca, tagliatelle, chesnut flour pappardelle and a pasta timbale.  The lesson culminates in lunch with lots of good things fresh from Carla’s garden.
