Carla shares her sweet side in this daytime lesson which focusses on cakes and special puddings and desserts. Carla will teach basic and tricks to a Chocolate flourless cake with glaze, a very British trifle, a Florentine zuccotto, an oat and walnut fruit crumble and a Bonet from Piemonte. The lesson culminates in lunch with lots of good things fresh from Carla’s garden.
