Emiko Davies latest book Acquacotta: recipes and stories from Tuscany’s secret Silver Coast was shot on location in the beautiful Tuscan Maremma and we were thrilled to be part of its creation providing plates and other pieces, picked out carefully to help tell the story. Alice was in the kitchen with Emiko helping prepare the dishes that were photographed by Lauren Bamford and styled by Deb Kaloper.
